With over 18 years’ experience in designing all types of buildings, Andy has been heavily involved in many developments. His notable achievements to date include winning a TV show, to beat a Grand Design series winner with his own self-build project ‘Apple Barn’.

Kenmoore Design’s clients rely on his expertise, experience, and honesty. Heavily involved in land acquisition and working closely with local land agents, Andy is always aware of interesting site investment opportunities. Andy’s key strengths include liaising with many other complementary disciplines and collaborating with planning departments to find feasible solutions to overcome planning issues which might otherwise be rejected.
